Reservations are confirmed by making a prepayment of 30% of the total accommodation fee. After the prepayment is made, the reservation is approved through the system and a reservation confirmation document is sent to the guest.

Yes. All credit card transactions are processed with 3D Secure security infrastructure.

Cancellations made up to 30 days before the stay are refundable. Cancellations made within 30 days of the stay are not refundable.
If the guest terminates the stay early at their own request, no refund will be made.
Cancellation and refund processes are evaluated according to the contract terms agreed upon during reservation.
The maximum occupancy capacity of each villa is specified in the listing details. Children are also included in this capacity. For example, in a villa with a capacity of 8 people, up to 8 people can stay, including children.
Accepting additional guests beyond the specified capacity is only possible with the approval of both the villa owner and the reservation holder. If an overcapacity situation is detected without approval, the accommodation will not be accepted and no refund will be made.
The check-in and check-out times for each villa are specified in the listing details. As a general practice, the check-in time is 16:00 and the check-out time is 10:00.
Yes. Late check-in is possible. Planning is done according to your flight time and the check-in process is organized. Flight information must be communicated to us after the reservation.
The standard check-out time is 10:00. Late check-out requests can only be considered if you contact us before the reservation and based on availability.
After the reservation is confirmed, the location of the villa (Google Maps link) and the contact information of the villa owner will be provided to you. On the day of check-in, guests are welcomed by the villa owner. In some villas, our operations team organizes the process.
A security deposit of 15,000 TL is required for all villas. This may vary depending on the specific villa and will be indicated in the listing.
The deposit is collected in cash. On the day of check-out, the villa is inspected. If no damage or deficiencies are detected, the deposit is refunded. In case of damage, necessary deductions may be made from the deposit amount.
Electricity, water and internet services are included in the prices.
All of our villas have internet connection. Internet speed may vary depending on the region's infrastructure. The presence of fiber or DSL infrastructure is indicated in the villa description.
All of our villas are air-conditioned and the use of air conditioning is included in the price. An additional fee applies for pool heating requests during the winter season.
Housekeeping service is available upon request and is subject to additional charges. Extra bedding can be provided for extended stays.
Airport transfer service can be provided for a fee upon request.
We provide referrals to partner companies for car rental services.
In general, pets are not allowed. However, upon request, it can be evaluated by consulting with the relevant villa owner.
Villas are suitable for family stays. Noise, loud music and party organization are strictly prohibited. Upon violation of the rules, the stay may be terminated.
