CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. General Provisions
This policy applies to villa and/or hotel accommodation reservations made via the website. A reservation becomes final upon completion of payment and electronic approval.

2. Cancellation Periods
Cancellations made up to 30 (thirty) days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in. Partial refunds are not applied.

3. Refund Procedure and Timing
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days following receipt of the written cancellation request. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. For international cards, the refund timeline may vary depending on the relevant bank’s procedures.

4. Form of Cancellation Request
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via e-mail or registered communication channels). Verbal notifications are not considered valid. The date on which the cancellation request is received by the Company shall be taken as the basis.

5. Force Majeure
Natural disasters, war, pandemics, official restrictions, transportation barriers, and events beyond the control of the parties shall be considered force majeure. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to offer an alternative date. The Company shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from force majeure events.

6. Circumstances Not Arising from the Service
Personal reasons of the customer, travel plan changes, visa issues, or personal health problems shall not be considered valid grounds for refund.

7. Chargeback and Unjustified Disputes
By electronically approving the agreement and cancellation terms during reservation, the customer is deemed to have accepted these conditions. In case of unjustified chargeback claims, the Company reserves the right to submit 3D Secure records, IP logs, timestamps, and agreement approval records as evidence and to pursue legal remedies.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by Turkish Law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Fethiye Courts and Enforcement Offices.
