The villa rental process proceeds within certain rules in order to plan your holiday safely and smoothly. The reservation becomes confirmed once you submit a request for the selected villa and make a prepayment. At villa check-in, a delivery report is prepared and the villa is handed over in complete condition. Any damages that may occur during the stay can be identified at check-out and deducted from the security deposit. The maximum occupancy capacity of the villa must be respected, and guests are required to be respectful toward the environment and neighbors. Parties, events, and the use of high-volume sound systems require prior permission. At check-out, the delivery of all items in full and the disposal of garbage are the responsibility of the guest.
