1. Establishment of the Agreement
This agreement is concluded electronically and enters into force upon the customer’s digital approval during the reservation process. Electronic approval is legally binding under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce.

2. Scope of Service
The Company provides villa and/or hotel accommodation services or acts as an intermediary for such services. No flight ticket sales are provided. Accommodation services are supplied for the dates specified during the reservation.

3. Reservation and Payment
The reservation becomes final upon completion of the payment. All payments are processed via the 3D Secure security system. If the cardholder and the reservation holder are different persons, all legal and financial responsibility belongs to the reservation holder. The customer declares that the payment is made personally and with their own consent.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made up to 30 (thirty) days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. No refund is provided for cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in. Partial refunds are not applied. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. International card refunds are subject to the relevant bank’s procedures.

5. Performance of Service and Customer Obligations
The customer agrees to comply with the accommodation rules. Any damages occurring at the property are the responsibility of the customer. The Company shall not be held liable for damages arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s total liability shall in any case be limited to the reservation amount. The Company shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of reputation, or damages caused by third parties.

7. Force Majeure
Natural disasters, war, pandemics, official restrictions, transportation barriers, and events beyond the control of the parties shall be considered force majeure. In such cases, the Company may offer an alternative date or suspend the agreement.

8. Chargeback and Disputes
The customer declares that they have read and accepted this agreement during the reservation process. Documents related to the performance of the service (reservation confirmation, IP record, timestamp, 3D Secure verification) shall constitute evidence. In case of unjustified chargeback claims, the Company reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Fethiye Courts and Enforcement Offices. Turkish Law shall apply.
